Enjoy a mix of strengthening flow and calming hatha yoga. You can expect to warm your body through flowing movement and then move into postures that you’ll hold for several breaths. Each posture is carefully selected to prepare you for the next set of poses. At the beginning of each class you’ll be guided through a breath practice, and then we’ll wrap up with a variety of calming restorative postures.

Being a stay at home parent can be very challenging. Often you have to decide between doing something fun for your kids OR something beneficial for you. For once you’ll be given the opportunity do both at the same time! Starting in October, you can partake in a yoga class at Kidz Bounce in Issaquah. Your mat will be lined up in between several blown up bounce structures. You’ll practice yoga as your kids LITERALLY bounce off the walls. Make no mistake this is not a peaceful, zen-like yoga class. It will be loud. Your kids will interrupt. Someone will randomly run across your mat when you’re in downward facing dog. However, you’ll go home knowing that you gave yourself a little bit of time to move your body, with tired kids, and a whole group of new friends.
Dates and times coming soon!
